Class Duration: 60 minutes

8 classes of Speed and Agility techniques combined with Strength Training for explosive power! This class will provide participants the ability to achieve goals in many facets of life and sport.

These workouts are designed for the pre-teen or teenage athlete looking to improve their sports performance. Youth athletes need training for stage specific growth and development, and this small group fitness class provides differentiated personalized instruction to support that.

Safe training, nutrition guidance, and friendly competitions will be intertwined to improve your athlete’s technique, endurance, and performance.
